ScreenMirror mirrors a Windows desktop to a browser. That is inherently sensitive, so this notice is specific about what the software does, what it does not do, and who is answerable for it.
Two different responsibilities
ScreenMirror is software, not a service. It is published by Vasu Inukollu and installed and operated by an organization on its own machines and network.
- The organization that deploys it decides whose desktop is mirrored, who may view it, and on what legal basis. It is responsible for informing the people whose screens are captured and for obtaining any consent or notice its jurisdiction and employment agreements require.
- The publisher writes and distributes the software. The publisher does not operate a service that receives, stores, or can access mirrored screen content.
Screen content
While a viewing session is active, ScreenMirror captures the selected display and sends it to an authorized viewer. Nothing is captured outside an active session.
Mirrored content travels within the deploying organization's own network and configuration. No publisher-operated service sits in that path, and the publisher cannot see, intercept, or recover what is mirrored.
Credentials and identity
ScreenMirror does not create accounts, issue credentials, or store identity-provider secrets. Who may view a session is decided by the deploying organization through its own identity provider; ScreenMirror checks the credential presented to it and refuses anything invalid or expired.
Logs and diagnostics
ScreenMirror's diagnostics describe how the stream is performing — things like frame rate and picture quality under load — rather than what is on the screen. They stay on the deploying organization's own systems and are not sent to the publisher.
This website
This site is static and carries no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. It is served by a third-party static hosting provider, which receives and logs ordinary request metadata such as IP address in the course of serving it, under its own privacy practices. Nothing on this site is collected by the publisher.
If you email the address below, that message is held in the publisher's mailbox and used only to answer you.
If your screen is being mirrored
The publisher has no access to your organization's deployment, its configuration, or any session, and cannot tell you who viewed a session or retrieve any recording. Direct those questions to the organization that installed the software — your employer or its IT function.

ScreenMirror is under active development. This notice will be updated as the software changes.
